Sleep and insomnia issues

Most adults in the UK have experienced sleep or insomnia issues. Over a quarter of UK adults suffer with regular insomnia and nearly the same amount struggle falling asleep.

During the covid pandemic, this figure rose to 50% of people struggling with their sleep on a regular basis.

Sleep allows the body to heal and allows the mind to process and store events from the day. When we don’t get a restful night’s sleep or when our sleep is interrupted, we can suffer both mentally and physically.

I work with you to identify and understand what is causing your sleep issues and we will then work together to improve and enhance the quality of your sleep.

If you suffer from night time anxiety, rumination, bad dreams, nightmares, reoccurring dreams, sleep paralysis or any other type of parasomnia, I am here to help.

A good quality night’s sleep can be wonderful and restorative. Taking the steps towards creating a good night’s sleep every night, can be priceless.
